UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-driven UI/UX Designer with 1.5 years of hands-on experience in designing intuitive and engaging digital interfaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, a good understanding of user behavior, and experience in wireframing, prototyping, and UI systems. Key Responsibilities: • Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a strong focus on usability • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing • Maintain design systems, UI libraries, and documentation for consistency • Iterate designs based on feedback and data • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices Required Skills: • 1.5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design • Proficiency in Figma • Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout • Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems • Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards • Good communication and collaboration skills • Portfolio showcasing UI/UX work and design thinking process
