ESG Project Manager

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced ESG Project Manager to lead our sustainability consulting engagements. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical environmental data and strategic business consulting, helping clients navigate the complexities of GHG accounting and ESG reporting frameworks. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead end-to-end ESG consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs. ● Perform Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions calculations (Scope 1, 2, and 3) in alignment with the GHG Protocol. ● Oversee ESG data collection, analysis, and validation for corporate sustainability reports (GRI, SASB, TCFD, BRSR). ● Provide strategic advice to clients on carbon neutrality roadmaps and sustainability transitions. ● Manage and mentor a team of analysts, providing technical guidance and performance feedback. ● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and fostering long-term relationships. ● Lead and execute ESG software configuration, customization, data mapping, and functional validation, including hands-on testing of calculation logic and reporting outputs to ensure alignment with applicable ESG frameworks and client-specific requirements. Qualifications & Skills: ● Proven experience in ESG consulting or corporate sustainability management is a must. ● Immediate Joiners Preferred. ● Deep expertise in GHG accounting and ESG data modeling is a must. ● Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders. ● Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or ESG software tools. ● An advanced degree in ESG, Environmental Science or Sustainability is preferred.
