The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to clients or potential customers, following call scripts to engage with individuals effectively, maintaining accurate records of communication, and addressing inquiries or concerns raised during calls. The Caller will also ensure timely follow-ups and provide feedback to the relevant teams for improving outreach efforts. Qualifications • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills • Strong ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences over the phone • Organizational and time management skills • Desire to learn and adapt effectively to communication and client engagement techniques • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunication is a plus • Basic computer and data entry skills for maintaining call records • Ability to work independently and manage part-time schedules effectively Why Were Hiring for Pre-Sales Callers As a Pre-Sales Caller (Night Shift), you will be the first point of contact between parents and The Orbis Academy.
