Role Overview We are looking for a Head of Content & Marketing who can build, manage, and scale our entire marketing structure — across performance, CRM, content, retail marketing, and omni-channel growth. This is a leadership role for someone who understands both brand building and revenue growth. You will directly report to the Founder and will be responsible for driving visibility, conversions, and long-term brand positioning. Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Marketing Leadership & Team Management Lead and manage a team of • Video Editors • CRM Marketers • Graphic Designers • Social Media Managers • Content Writers • Build structured workflows and accountability systems • Define monthly targets aligned with revenue goals 2️⃣ Performance Marketing & Metrics Ownership Strong understanding of: • ROAS • CAC • MER • AOV • LTV • Funnel drop-offs • Plan performance creatives for Meta & Google campaigns • Work closely with ad agencies to improve scaling & efficiency • Track marketing performance through dashboards and analytics 3️⃣ CRM & Retention Strategy Plan and execute CRM campaigns across: • WhatsApp • Email • SMS • * Create structured monthly CRM calendars • * Improve delivery rates, retention, repeat purchases • * Plan festival & sale-based automation journeys • 4️⃣ Creative & Content Strategy • Plan creatives for: • * Performance campaigns • * CRM campaigns • * Launch campaigns • * Sale campaigns • * Oversee brand communication tone & visual identity • * Ensure consistency across all digital & offline touchpoints • 5️⃣ Offline Marketing & Store Visibility • Plan marketing activities & events to boost store footfall • * Design launch campaigns, seasonal campaigns & local promotions • * Oversee store branding, visibility, and local marketing strategies • * Plan offline activations aligned with online campaigns • 6️⃣ Omni-Channel Execution • Understand Shopify backend operations • * Execute campaigns across: • * Website • * 3 Retail Stores • * Ensure unified inventory communication & campaign alignment • * Build integrated campaigns across digital + retail • Required Skills • 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership • * Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing & CRM • * Deep understanding of marketing metrics & reporting • * Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator preferred) • * Experience managing creative & marketing teams • * Experience in D2C / Fashion / Retail brands preferred • * Hands-on knowledge of Shopify backend • * Ability to build and scale marketing systems • Who Should Apply? • Someone who thinks like a founder • * Someone who understands revenue, not just reels • * Someone who can build structure in a fast-growing brand • * Someone who can balance creativity with performance • Why Join Meera’s? • Direct exposure to founder-led decision making • * Opportunity to scale a premium D2C + retail brand • * High ownership role • * Long-term leadership growth opportunity How to Apply: • Google Form: Fill in the Job Application Form - https://forms.gle/q62YJbk4Tee1DBCR8 • Initial Screening: Phone interview with HR. • First Round: Virtual or in-person interview with the hiring manager. • Second Round: Skills assessment and interview with the Design team. • Final Round: Interview with senior management.
