Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef in our hotel located in Amravati. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency, and contributing to the creation of innovative dishes. The role requires excellent teamwork, leadership abilities, and a passion for culinary excellence.
Qualifications
• Strong cooking skills, including preparation and presentation of dishes
• Experience in kitchen supervision and staff management
• Knowledge of menu planning, food cost management, and inventory control
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation protocols
• Creativity in menu development and recipe innovation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in upscale or fine dining establishments is a plus
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen
• Experience - Min 3 Yrs.
