Designation – Customer Relationship Manager Experience – 3-5 Years Job Location - Mumbai (Kandivali) Mode - On-site (6 days working with alternate Saturdays off) Job Overview - The client is a a series-B funded, last-mile tech-logistics solution provider for intra-state deliveries head-quartered in Bangalore. Roles & Responsibilities: ● Responsible for city client experience coordinate with internal (operation & Sales) and external stakeholders (Client POC) ● Ensures that customers receive the quickest service possible. ● Assists representatives in handling disappointed customers. ● Determines a course of action to resolve customer problems. ● Trains newly hired customer service representatives Requisites / Prerequisites: ● Graduates from tier 1/2 engineering / management colleges ● 3-5 years of experience in B2B Client Servicing ● Proven track record of handling escalations ● Team handling & monitoring capabilities Preferred Industries: FMCG, Logistics, Hospitality, Mobility, Manufacturing, Retail, Ecommerce
