As a Project Manager at our client, a boutique media production company, you will play a crucial role in driving projects to completion, enhancing client relationships, and improving operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Oversee content creation processes by collaborating with freelancers to produce top-quality content for clients. Design and implement an engaging onboarding experience for new clients. Maintain and update schedules for current clients, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Engage with clients through various communication channels like phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Develop and refine processes to reduce project turnaround times, enhancing efficiency. Candidate Profile: You should possess flawless communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and effective interactions with clients and team members. Working knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn, to leverage for client projects and engagement. Proficiency in using Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency in project tracking. Design skills using Canva are a bonus, enhancing the ability to contribute to content creation and project presentations. You must be extremely detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects calmly and effectively, maintaining high-quality standards under pressure.
