Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pre-Primary Main Teacher to lead early childhood classrooms and provide a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate curriculum, ensuring holistic child development, and maintaining strong communication with parents and school leadership.
Key Responsibilities1. Curriculum Planning & Instruction
• Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
• Conduct activity-based learning sessions focusing on literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and socio-emotional development.
• Create engaging classroom environments that promote curiosity and exploration.
• Use creative teaching strategies including storytelling, music, art, and play-based learning.
2. Child Development & Assessment
• Monitor, assess, and document student progress regularly.
• Maintain student portfolios and developmental records.
• Identify learning needs and provide individualized support where required.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being of children at all times.
3. Classroom Management
• Maintain discipline using positive reinforcement techniques.
• Manage classroom routines, transitions, and daily schedules effectively.
• Coordinate with teachers for classroom responsibilities.
4. Parent & School Collaboration
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings and provide progress feedback.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development.
• Participate in school events, workshops, and curriculum planning meetings.
• Collaborate with other teachers and school leadership for continuous improvement.
Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
• ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) / NTT / NPTT / TTC / D.El.Ed / B.Ed (preferred for early years).
• Specialized training in Early Childhood Education will be an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong command of English (spoken and written); Hindi communication preferred.
• Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
• Creative and innovative teaching approach.
• Strong observation and child assessment skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel).
Experience
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Pre-Primary / Nursery / Kindergarten Teacher preferred.
• Experience in handling a classroom independently is essential.

Office Clerk cum Runner / Office Assistant
Position Summary
The Office Clerk cum Runner supports the school’s administrative and operational functions by performing clerical duties, managing field errands, maintaining records, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with basic infrastructure upkeep. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day school operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Administrative & Clerical Support
• Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
• Assist with photocopying, filing, and correspondence handling.
• Prepare and update basic reports using MS Word and Excel.
• Provide administrative assistance to teaching and office staff.
2. Field Work & Errands
• Deliver and collect official documents, parcels, and materials.
• Run bank and other official errands as required.
• Assist in procurement of stationery, housekeeping items, groceries, and other supplies.
• Conduct basic market checks for vendor comparison and purchasing support.
3. Inventory & Vendor Coordination
• Maintain stock registers and monitor inventory levels.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order placement, and follow-ups.
• Maintain purchase records and assist in tracking payments.
4. Infrastructure & Operational Support
• Assist in coordinating servicing of RO plants, AC units, and general repairs.
• Manage opening and closing of school premises.
• Ensure assigned areas are clean and well organized.
5. Event & Miscellaneous Support
• Provide support during school events, meetings, workshops, and activities.
• Assist in setting up classrooms and meeting rooms as required.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by school management.
Educational Qualification
• Minimum: High School / Higher Secondary.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and Hindi.
Skills & Competencies
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage both clerical and field responsibilities.
• Basic record-keeping and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to handle fieldwork and errands.
Experience
• Prior experience in office support, administration, or school environment preferred but not mandatory.
