Job Description – Computer Trainer Department: DB ACE – Don Bosco Academy Centre for Excellence Institution: The Stellar Don Bosco Academy Program Partner: Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited (MKCL) Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (as applicable) Reporting To: DB ACE Coordinator / COO / Director Position Overview The Computer Trainer will be responsible for delivering MKCL’s five-phase computer education program at DB ACE, ranging from foundational digital skills to advanced programming, AI, and cloud technologies. The trainer will facilitate hands-on learning, mentor students through projects, and ensure curriculum implementation in alignment with academic and technical standards. Key Responsibilities • Deliver structured computer training sessions as per the five-phase syllabus. • Implement learning methodology using the ERA (eLearning Revolution for All) platform. • Conduct theory and practical sessions covering programming, web development, data science, AI, and cloud technologies. • Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and real-life projects aligned with competency-based outcomes. • Evaluate students through practical's, quizzes, and phase-end projects. • Manage computer lab infrastructure and ensure software and hardware readiness. • Coordinate with DB ACE and MKCL officials for registration, reporting, and certification. • Guide students in career-ready skills and digital portfolio creation. Educational Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or related field (BCA / B.Sc IT / BE / MCA preferred). • MKCL certification (MS-CIT / KLiC Program Graduate) preferred. • Strong Command over written and spoken English is a must. Experience • 1 – 3 years of experience in computer training or IT education. • Prior exposure to eLearning delivery platforms preferred. • Freshers can also apply having relevant skills Skills & Attributes • Proficiency in programming languages (C, C++, Python, Java). • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web frameworks. • Familiarity with AI / ML concepts and cloud tools. • Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. • Ability to conduct interactive, project-based training. • Competence in maintaining lab infrastructure and software setup.
