Located in Morbi, we aim to set a benchmark for exceptional service and delightful gastronomy. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Cook, based in Morbi. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of authentic dishes, particularly focusing on the taste and presentation of vadapav and other menu offerings. Daily responsibilities include maintaining food quality, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, managing inventory, adhering to food safety regulations, and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Qualifications • Culinary Skills: Proficiency in cooking, food preparation, and plating; knowledge of Indian street food recipes, particularly vadapav. • Kitchen Management: Experience with inventory management, meal planning, and maintaining hygienic and organized workspaces. • Food Safety: Understanding and adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards. • Time Management and Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and work effectively under pressure during busy hours. • Teamwork and Collaboration: Strong ability to work as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Flexibility and Dependability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with consistent reliability. • Formal culinary training or prior cooking experience in a similar role is a plus.
