Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Associate located in Raipur. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in assigned areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing rooms and common areas, handling laundry, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards, and assisting with the delivery of exceptional customer service. Training on processes and equipment will be provided as needed. Qualifications • Proficiency in performing laundry tasks and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. • Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with team members and clients. • Excellent organization skills to manage cleaning schedules and maintain supplies. • Experience in training or the willingness to learn proper cleaning procedures and protocols. • Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player. • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required. • Willingness to adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
