Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with rental and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and a seamless guest experience across all channels. Issue Resolution: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by remaining calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented while addressing guest concerns in real time.
