We manage high-value international fee transfers, airline cadet program payments, forex transactions, vendor payouts, and structured student billing systems. Role Overview You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and transaction oversight across domestic and international operations. This is not just data entry. This role requires ownership, accuracy, and strong financial control mindset. ⸻ 🔍 Key Responsibilities - Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally ) - Manage receivables and payable cycles - Track student fee collections - Reconcile forex transactions and international remittances - Vendor payment coordination and expense verification - GST filings and statutory compliance - TDS, PF, ESIC compliance - Prepare MIS reports for management - Coordinate with CA for audits and financial statements - Ensure documentation discipline across all financial transactions - Monitor cash flow planning and reporting ⸻ Ideal Candidate Profile - 3 to 5 years of accounting experience - Strong understanding of GST, TDS, compliance, and statutory filings - Experience handling high-value transactions preferred - Comfortable managing international remittances / forex accounting (bonus) - Highly detail-oriented - Structured thinker with process discipline - Able to work in a fast-growth environment - Strong integrity and financial ethics
