Senior Project Manager - Full Time

We work closely with clients to understand their operational challenges and design tailored technology solutions that drive efficiency, visibility, and growth. We are looking for a dynamic, client-facing Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in delivering high-impact solutions. You will work directly with clients to understand their requirements, translate them into clear development tasks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Coordinate with developers to ensure timely and accurate implementation. Monitor project timelines, scope, and deliverables. Ensure quality control and alignment with agreed requirements. Proactively identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Maintain strong client communication throughout the project lifecycle. Support implementation of Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Creator, and other Zoho tools as applicable). Projects delivered on time and within agreed scope. High client satisfaction and long-term relationship building. Qualifications & Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience managing technology projects. Strong experience in client-facing roles within software delivery. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with cross-functional technical teams. Willingness to travel frequently to Southeast Asia. Experience working with the Zoho suite (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, etc.). Experience in software implementation or IT consulting environments. Familiarity with Agile or structured project methodologies. PMP, Scrum, or relevant certifications are a plus. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Significant professional growth potential.
