Sales and Service Manager For Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai Airports

We have urgent hiring for Sales support & Services Senior Engineer/Asst. Manager for Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai Airports. Roll - The candidate will be responsible for Customer relationship management for Sales support & Services activities, ensuring effective coordination with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality service support. Key Responsibilities: • Handle technical sales and support services for existing and potential customers. • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of service satisfaction. • Act as a customer-facing representative for service-related discussions and support requirements. • Regularly visit customer locations, especially airports, to take feedback on services and identify improvement areas. • Interact with senior-level stakeholders such as Sr. Managers, DGM, and GM to discuss service performance and future requirements. • Promote and present Three D Integrated Solutions service offerings to customers. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution. • Prepare reports on customer feedback, service performance, and sales opportunities. Requirements: • Graduate / Engineering background preferred. • 3 + years of experience in technical sales, service support, or customer relationship management. • Experience in customer-facing roles with strong communication and relationship management skills. • Ability to interact confidently with senior management-level customers. • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and airport site visits.
