Desktop and Remote Support Engineer

• Installation, configuration & Troubleshooting of all types of Hardware and software application installation • Windows 11, 10 OS Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop. • Managing, backup & recovering User Data. • Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Printers & Scanners. • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail. • Installation and Configuration of Windows-Based Operating Systems ( Windows 10, 11 ). • network settings for TCP/IP and internet Setup. • Troubleshooting of all types of Hardware and Software applications problems. • Configuring & Troubleshooting of Printers, Scanner & LAN-related issues reported by users. • Maintenance and Troubleshooting of connectivity problems. . • Remotely resolving application problems & network problems and mail configurations through remote desktop sharing & VNC • Maintaining Assets through Assets Inventory Book Handle the responsibilities of analyzing hardware and software issues and take necessary corrective actions to resolve • Knowledge of Remote Support Tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance Work Location: In person
