IT Recruiter (US Staffing) – Remote Company: Throne Solutions Location: India Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home) Shift: US Shift (Evening/Night – IST) Job Type: Full-Time / Contract Job Summary Throne Solutions is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter (US Staffing) based in Bangalore to support our US clients remotely. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for contract, freelance, and full-time roles across the United States. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work in US time zones. The recruiter will also leverage and manage the company’s existing candidate database while building new talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT roles Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal database Utilize and maintain the company’s existing candidate database effectively Screen resumes according to job requirements and client expectations Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments Coordinate technical interviews with clients Work on contract, C2C, W2, and full-time positions Maintain and update candidate records in the database/ATS Negotiate pay rates, availability, and terms Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates Maintain recruitment trackers and reports Required Skills & Experience 1–4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment / staffing Strong understanding of US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099) Experience working with US job portals and LinkedIn sourcing Ability to work with existing candidate databases and ATS tools Knowledge of IT technologies and roles Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Ability to work in US time zones (night shift IST) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for MSP/VMS clients Familiarity with ATS platforms Experience hiring for contract and freelance roles Immediate joiners preferred What We Offer Remote work opportunity Exposure to global clients and projects Performance-driven growth environment Competitive compensation (as per experience)
