Key Responsibilities:
- Build and segment prospect lists of EBP audit partners at US CPA firms leveraging public data sources
- Execute outreach campaigns on LinkedIn aimed at partners and directors in mid-market firms
- Monitor response rates, experiment with message variations, and identify successful strategies
- Conduct research on conference attendees for the upcoming AICPA EBP event and create a targeted hit list
- Maintain data integrity in our CRM system and manage follow-up schedules diligently
Qualifications Required:
- First-year MBA student from a reputable Indian B-school
- Able to commit 20 to 25 hours per week with a minimum of 4 hours overlapping with US EST or CST time zones
- Proficient in written English with a clear and direct communication style, avoiding formal or corporate language
- Experience in executing repetitive tasks with discipline and efficiency
- Basic understanding of CPA firms and audit processes
Desired Skills:
- Previous exposure to cold outreach or prospecting activities
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Clay
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets for data-related tasks
