Medical Administrator

• Oversee daily operations of OPD, IPD, ICU, OT and other clinical departments. • Ensure smooth coordination between consultants, nursing staff, diagnostics, pharmacy, and administration. • Monitor patient care standards and ensure adherence to hospital protocols and policies. • Coordinate doctor schedules, duty rosters, and availability for OPD and emergency services. • Address patient complaints and ensure timely resolution of grievances. • Supervise TPA and insurance processes including pre-authorizations, approvals, and documentation. • Coordinate with doctors and TPA team to ensure proper medical documentation for insurance claims. • Monitor cashless cases, reimbursement cases, and TPA claim status to avoid delays or rejections. • Ensure proper communication with insurance companies and TPAs for claim processing. • Oversee OPD and IPD billing processes to ensure accuracy and transparency. • Verify treatment procedures, investigations, and consumables are correctly reflected in billing. • Prevent revenue leakage through regular billing audits and monitoring. • Ensure smooth discharge process and final bill clearance for patients. • Maintain proper medical records and patient documentation as per hospital policies. • Ensure compliance with NABH standards, biomedical waste management rules, and statutory healthcare regulations. • Coordinate with HR and administration regarding medical staff performance and discipline. • Participate in clinical audits, infection control practices, and quality improvement initiatives. • Prepare daily and monthly reports related to admissions, discharges, TPA cases, and revenue performance. • Support hospital management in implementing operational improvements and healthcare programs.
