TOP PRIORITY SKILLS - Excellent communication skills — especially in English (spoken & written) - You’ll talk to clients, pitch ideas, handle calls, emails, and meetings confidently. - Strong negotiation & persuasion skills-You should be comfortable discussing pricing, closing conversations, and creating win-win deals. - AI-first mindset (NON-NEGOTIABLE)- Hands-on use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, CRM automation, content & lead-gen tools is a MUST. What You’ll Do (Your Growth Playbook) Business Development Side - Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp & other platforms - Pitch TikShark’s digital services clearly and confidently - Assist in negotiations, proposals, follow-ups, and closing deals - Maintain lead data, pipelines, and client communication records Digital Marketing Side - Support digital campaigns across social media, content, and performance marketing - Help create marketing strategies using AI tools - Research competitors, trends, and audience behavior - Assist in content planning, outreach creatives, and campaign optimization AI Tools You’ll Be Using - ChatGPT / Gemini for content, pitches & strategy - Canva AI for creatives & presentations - AI-based lead research & CRM tools - Automation tools for outreach & follow-ups (If you use AI, that’s a plus point for you and us ) Founder Exposure · You’ll be working directly with the Founder of Tikshark · Direct involvement in strategy discussions, client conversations, and growth decisions · Get real start up-level learning, not filtered corporate stuff · Your ideas will be heard, tested, and executed — fast · High visibility role = high learning + high responsibility (This is not a “just follow instructions” internship — this is a build-with-the-founder role.)
