As a Junior Art Director, you will play a crucial role in bringing bold, strategic, and beautifully crafted ideas to life. With a strong foundation in branding and packaging design, you will leverage your deep understanding of visual storytelling to transform brands. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and executing high-impact branding and packaging design projects from concept to final production
- Translating brand strategies into powerful and cohesive visual narratives
- Overseeing and guiding a team of designers, providing creative direction and feedback
- Collaborating with strategy, copy, and client servicing teams to ensure creative output aligns with brand goals
- Presenting work to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity and confidence
- Staying updated with design and packaging trends to deliver fresh and forward-thinking output
- Ensuring design quality, consistency, and hygiene across all deliverables
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in design studios, branding agencies, or FMCG/consumer brands
- A solid portfolio showcasing branding and packaging projects, including both concept and real-world work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- A deep understanding of print production, materials, and packaging processes
- Excellent aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- The ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills
