Job description Job Title Copywriter and Content Writer - Kidswear Fashion Brand Location Mumbai Full Time In Office Role Overview We are hiring a Copywriter and Content Writer with 1 to 3 years of hands on experience in digital content and brand communication The ideal candidate understands fashion and consumer behaviour writes confidently across platforms and is comfortable using AI tools for research ideation and content scaling This role requires speed structure and strong commercial awareness Key Responsibilities Social Media Copy and Campaign Content Write high performing captions for Instagram Facebook and reels using SEO friendly kidswear and fashion keywords Develop campaign messaging for launches festive collections sales and collaborations Adapt tone and length for reels carousels stories and static posts Maintain brand voice consistency across Tiny Girl and sub brands Website and E Commerce Content Write clear persuasive product descriptions focusing on fabric fit comfort and occasion Optimise website copy for search intent readability and conversion Support landing pages collection descriptions banners and CTAs Align content with buying behaviour of Indian mothers across age groups SEO Blogs and Long Form Content Research and write SEO focused blogs on girlswear party wear festive fashion and kids styling guides Use internal linking strategies to improve organic traffic and time on site Identify high intent keywords and content opportunities relevant to Indian audiences Maintain a structured content calendar aligned with marketing goals AI Enabled Writing and Content Scaling Use AI tools for keyword research outlines content variations and ideation Repurpose long form content into short form social and website copy Improve writing efficiency while maintaining brand tone and accuracy Stay updated on AI trends in content marketing and copywriting Editing and Collaboration Edit and proofread all content for grammar clarity and tone Work closely with social media design and marketing teams Implement feedback quickly and maintain high content quality standards Requirements Experience 1 to 3 years of experience in copywriting or content writing Prior experience in fashion lifestyle e commerce or D2C brands preferred Writing and SEO Skills Strong command of written English with a polished persuasive tone Good understanding of SEO principles including keywords intent and internal linking Ability to write both short form and long form content confidently Technical and AI Skills Comfortable using AI tools for content research ideation and optimisation Willingness to learn and adapt to new writing and marketing tools Basic familiarity with CMS platforms is a plus Mindset and Work Style Detail oriented organised and deadline driven Curious analytical and performance focused Understands that strong copy supports both brand building and sales Comfortable working in a fast paced high expectation environment Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work Location In person
