Responsibilities
• Manage & Grow the Business by playing active role in Sourcing /Pricing/ Product Development/Quality Management.
• Travel (4-6 Trips A Year to China And USA).
• Support US Sales Team for Category Growth /Business Management.
• Sourcing Projects to Execute with Factories and Source/Develop Right Products.
• Set Quality and Specs needed for the correct product with factories.
Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Textile, Merchandising, Product Development, or a related discipline.
• Additional Certifications or training in Project Management, Quality Control, And Data Analysis or Design would be beneficial.
• 5-10 years of experience in a Merchandising, Customer Management, Business Management role within the Home Textile or Hard Goods industry.
• Well-travelled To USA and Working Experience with Major Retail Customers In USA
• Managed a team of people in previous roles.
• Analytical, Pro-Active, Problem-Solving, Time Management and Decision-Making Skills, Excellent Communication Skills
