The role involves designing creatives for digital marketing, branding, and print requirements while working closely with the marketing and performance teams. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to grow fast in a real agency environment and work across multiple brands and industries. Key Responsibilities • Design creatives for social media posts, reels covers, ads, banners, and stories • Create ad creatives for Meta & Google campaigns • Work on branding assets such as logos, posters, brochures, flyers, and visiting cards • Design print materials like flex, stickers, vinyl, and packaging creatives • Resize and adapt creatives into multiple formats (1:1, 9:16, etc.) • Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to understand creative requirements • Make revisions based on feedback within timelines • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines Required Skills • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator • Basic knowledge of Canva (added advantage) • Understanding of design fundamentals (color, typography, layout) • Ability to follow brand guidelines and instructions clearly • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly Good to Have (Not Mandatory) • Basic knowledge of After Effects / Premiere Pro • Understanding of social media trends • Experience in an agency or digital marketing environment Who Should Apply • Freshers with strong design skills • Designers with up to 2-3 years of experience • Someone who is creative, responsible, and open to feedback • Candidates looking for long-term growth in a creative agency What We Offer • Exposure to multiple brands & industries • Friendly and fast-growing agency environment • Learning opportunities in ads, branding, and digital marketing • Career growth based on performance Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: • have minimum 2 years of experience Salary: Competitive salary Experience: 2 year(s) Deadline: 2035-01-01 00:00:00
