We are hiring for TOP MNC for
Content Writing- Human resources domain.
Role Purpose: Author scalable, policy-grounded HR content that is accurate, inclusive & executable.
Location - Bangalore. Shift- Day Shift/UK Shift Please Note- Need to be flexible work from office all 5 Days.
Experience of experience and salary: 3- 6 Years, SME (Content Writing)- 4LPA- 8.50LPA ,
6- 10 Years, Team Lead (Content Writing)
7LPA - 11LPA, must have 1+ years of experience as people management.
10- 13 Years, Team Manager - 12- 16LPA,
must have 1+ years of experience as assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Managerial experience on Paper.
Notice Period - Immediate - 15 Days max.
Qualification-
Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resources or equivalent combination of education, training and or relevant work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Certification in HR, Knowledge Management, or Technical Writing. Experience in authoring SOPs, KB articles, or HR process documentation with strong editorial standards. Familiarity with DEI-compliant language and global HR terminology.
Skills Required 1- 3 years - 13 years of experience in Content Writing in human resources projects 2- Excellent communication skills. 3- Must have strong people management skills. 4- CSAT, Attrition Management, Shrinkage Management, Stakeholder & Client Management Core Responsibilities: Design realistic HR journeys across all functions. Write policy-aligned prompts/responses with clear prerequisites and actions. Maintain reusable content libraries and editorial standards. Partner with Experts & Raters to refine tone, compliance, and guardrails. Must-Have Experience: Proven SOP/KB authorship and ability to translate policy into steps. Strong grasp of DEI language, PII handling, and regional terminology. Effective collaboration with HR teams. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resources or equivalent combination of education, training and or relevant work experience. 2–4 years in HR domain with experience reviewing HR content. Strong consulting skills with all levels of management and the ability to articulate concepts and organizational perspectives in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work independently, achieve deliverables within tight timeframes, and work effectively in a diverse, cooperative environment. Strong focus on quality of work and attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills. Exposure to core HR processes , Working knowledge of HR and CMS systems Familiarity with HR systems, case tools, and content platforms. Open to work in 24 * 7 shifts & on call rotation Strong fluency in English and analytical review skills.
