Key Responsibilities & Job Description • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for HNI/Preferred clients, delivering premium service standards, managing portfolios, and ensuring client retention. • Customer Acquisition & Sales: Acquire new HNI clients, identify opportunities for increasing the share of wallet, and meet defined sales targets for liabilities, assets, and fee-based products. • Financial Advisory: Analyze client needs to provide tailored wealth management solutions, including mutual funds, insurance, and investment planning. • Portfolio Management: Perform regular portfolio reviews and ensure client satisfaction to de-risk against attrition. • Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to all bank policies and regulatory processes.
