This will help us to better evaluate your candidature Requirements Compliance • Ensure adherence to risk management and compliance guidelines. • Monitor and report instances of non-compliance and take corrective actions. Customer Experience & Stakeholder Management • Address customer complaints/escalations efficiently. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely query resolution. • Monitor customer experience scores and implement improvements. Trade Documentation & Quality Control • Prepare and review trade documents as per LC terms and buyer-provided SI. • Ensure timely approval and issuance of documents before vessel departure. • Minimize trade documentation errors and delays in LC presentation. Shipment Monitoring & Coordination • Provide shipment updates to buyers upon dispatch. • Maintain real-time tracking of ongoing and future shipments. • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth shipment execution. • Ensure timely submission of insurance declaration sheets. LC Issuance & Processing • Ensure timely receipt of SI from buyers and verify LC drafts before issuance. • Validate LCs before shipment bookings and address required amendments. • Track and reduce delays in LC issuance and payments. Contract Management • Issue contracts within one day of trade confirmation. • Ensure signed contracts are received before shipment planning. • Maintain and update contracts in ERP weekly. • Update shipment data in ERP after receiving the draft BL Preferred Candidate 3 to 5 years of exp with knowledge of export-import regulations, LC transactions, is preferred.
