Job Title: Remote Travel Sales & Operations Manager – Iceland Tourism Location: Remote Schedule: 6 days per week About Us We are a licensed Icelandic tourism company operating helicopter tours and premium travel experiences for international visitors. Our customers are mainly from Europe and North America, and we focus on high service standards and direct bookings. Role Overview We are looking for a tourism-experienced Remote Travel Sales & Operations Manager. The role combines sales, customer support, and daily booking operations. The main objective is to maximise sales by upselling helicopter tours and Iceland day tours while maintaining strong customer service. Key Responsibilities Sales & Upselling • Upsell helicopter tour customers to premium flight experiences • Sell add-on products such as: • Golden Circle Day Tour • South Coast Day Tour • Blue Lagoon visits • Airport transfers • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings Customer Communication • Respond to customer enquiries via email and WhatsApp. • Call customers when required • Contact guests when bookings are cancelled due to bad weather, assist with rebooking or alternatives Operations Support • Assist with daily booking coordination • Confirm passenger details and schedules • Coordinate with operations when necessary Customer Experience & Reviews • Follow up with customers after tours • Request reviews on Google and OTA platforms (mandatory) • Maintain professional customer communication Requirements • Tourism or travel industry experience required • Excellent spoken and written English • Comfortable speaking with international customers by phone • Sales mindset with strong customer service skills • Ability to manage multiple bookings and enquiries Preferred Experience • Experience working for tour operators or travel agencies • Familiar with tour bookings and travel products • Experience with online travel platforms (OTA) is an advantage Position Details • Remote work from India • Full-time position • Long-term opportunity with performance incentives • Salary Range 80-110000/month Application: Please send your CV and a short introduction explaining your tourism experience and sales background.
