Senior Pharmacist

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Pharmacist to join our team. This role involves managing retail pharmacy operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a Senior Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and leading a team to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: • Sales Leadership: Lead and drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance. • Team Management: Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff to enhance their performance. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions. Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment. • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met. Address customer queries and resolve complaints effectively. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and cash handling. Ensure proper stocking of medicines and other retail products. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Compliance and Standards: Adhere to all pharmacy regulations and company policies. Ensure proper handling and storage of pharmaceutical products. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present sales and operational reports to management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Skills and Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in retail operations (preferably in the pharmacy sector). • Education: Degree or diploma in Pharmacy, or a related field (preferred). • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively. • Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and identify actionable insights. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Flexibility: Willingness to work evening shifts and manage both part-time and full-time employees.
