SEO Performance Lead (Industrial Area)

We’re Hiring: SEO Specialist (Immediate Joiner) Experience: 3+ Years Noida Sector-4 | Work From Office Salary: 30-40K Traffic Monks is growing, and we’re adding 1 experienced SEO Specialist to our core team of 7+. We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with hands-on experience in managing multiple SEO projects in an agency environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO strategies, analytics, and digital marketing, along with experience leading interns and coordinating with teams. Key Responsibilities: - Manage on-site SEO for client websites, including blogs, landing pages, and product pages. - Build and manage high-quality backlinks through guest posts, PR campaigns, and outreach. - Conduct keyword research and optimize content based on search intent and user personas. - Coordinate with interns and team members to ensure timely project delivery. - Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. - Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and GTM. - Develop SEO strategies tailored to different industries and client needs. - Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices. - Collaborate with content, social media, and web development teams to drive organic growth. - Identify and implement technical SEO improvements, including site audits and performance optimization. Requirements: - 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in an agency setting. - Strong expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, link building, guest posting, and PR outreach. - Hands-on experience with analytics, Google Tag Manager, and understanding of customer personas. - Proven ability to manage and mentor interns or junior team members. - Excellent project management and multitasking skills. - Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc. - Robust communication skills for client coordination and reporting. - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture is a plus. - Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
