As a Founding Sales Champion at Odriyo, you will be responsible for active ground sales in the hospitality industry. This is a field-first, relationship-driven role where you will play a key role in shaping Odriyos sales strategy and growth. Your primary tasks will include visiting hotels and restaurants in your city, onboarding clients, and building long-term relationships to drive recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own on-ground sales execution in your city
- Personally visit hotels and restaurants for field/ground sales
- Pitch and demonstrate Odriyo to owners, managers, and decision-makers
- Drive client onboarding and ensure smooth activation
- Build a strong local network within the hospitality ecosystem
- Close deals and grow recurring revenue
- Act as the voice of customers and share market insights with founders
- Lay the foundation for future sales hires and processes
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven experience in on-ground / field sales (visiting hotels, restaurants, cafs, or hospitality businesses)
- Strong understanding of hotel & restaurant operations
- Comfortable with daily travel and face-to-face selling
- Confident communicator with negotiation skills
- Self-driven, accountable, and execution-focused
