Remove substandard products and report issues to supervisors or quality control personnel. • Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts, to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns. • Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and technical issues promptly. Collaborate with maintenance technicians for more complex repairs. • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors. Education Qualifications and Eligibility: • High school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Experience • Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not always mandatory. • Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery is an advantage. Skills • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand and operate complex machinery. • Attention to detail to identify defects and irregularities in foil products.
