Client: Bangalore based entity of a Global service company providing asset management and other services to its affiliates across the globe.
Work schedule: Hybrid
Roles & Responsibility:
· Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, geography, and firm size criteria
· Identify decision‑makers using online research, directories, and enrichment tools
· Create and execute outbound email sequences tailored to specific market segments
· Manage outreach performance using CRM and campaign tools
· Track opens, replies, conversions, and pipeline progression
· Maintain clean, accurate data across all systems
· Qualify inbound responses and route high‑intent leads to senior team members
· Handle unsubscribes, bounces, and negative replies professionally
· Continuously refine targeting, messaging, and workflows for scalability
Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
· Prior experience of 8+years in financial services, SaaS, or professional services lead generation
· Exposure to U.S. mid‑market or SMB segments
· Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and outbound automation tools
· Experience with outbound prospecting or lead generation in B2B environments
· Strong research skills and familiarity with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Clearbit, or similar
· Ability to write concise, compelling outreach emails
· Understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
· Comfortable working with structured workflows and performance metrics
· Detail‑oriented with strong organizational habits
· Ability to manage high‑volume outreach while maintaining personalization
