As a Field Service Engineer in the Healthcare Industry focusing on Cardiovascular devices/machines, your role overview involves meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of customers' equipment, educating and training customers on machine usage, attending breakdown calls, troubleshooting machines, managing spares inventory, building positive customer relationships, and collecting payments. Your responsibility also includes ensuring the first-time resolution of the machines handled. Key Responsibilities: - Installation of Cardiovascular devices/machines - Educating and training customers on machine, software, and application usage - Attending breakdown calls and troubleshooting machine issues - Ensuring first-time resolution of handled machines - Managing spares inventory - Building positive customer relationships - Collecting payments from customers Qualification Required: - Experience of 15 to 18 months in a similar role - Minimum ITI or Diploma qualification - Ability to work productively with minimal supervision - Good communication and customer service skills - Experience in troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns - Strong time management skills and adaptability to changing circumstances - Ethical and trustworthy behavior - Possession of a valid Driving License and a bike - Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi languages Additional Company Details: As a self-starter Field Service Technician/Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering the desired customer service experience.
