• Risk Assessment & Operational Resilience: Assess enterprise and third‑party continuity risks across people, process, technology, and facilities, monitor regulatory and industry trends, and drive mitigation actions to reduce operational and resilience exposure.
• Governance, Reporting & Documentation: Maintain BC/DR governance, documentation, and audit evidence, while delivering clear KPI/KRI reporting, after‑action insights, and remediation tracking for executive and Board‑level oversight.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Training: Engage business and technology stakeholders to ensure ownership of recovery responsibilities, deliver BC/DR training and awareness, and lead exercises that validate preparedness and response effectiveness.
• Technology, Tools & Automation: Administer BCM and ITDR tools and advance automation and data integration initiatives to improve plan accuracy, dependency visibility, reporting efficiency, and program scalability.
• Crisis Management & Incident Readiness: Support enterprise crisis management activation, playbook development, and crossfunctional coordination to enable timely, effective response to major disruption and incident scenarios.
