As a Senior Project Manager at Triple A Design in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end execution of corporate interior and construction projects. Your role will involve project planning & execution, site management, client & stakeholder coordination, commercial & billing control, procurement & vendor management, quality, safety & compliance, and timeline & handover. • *Roles & Responsibilities:** - **Project Planning & Execution** - Lead complete project lifecycle from design coordination to handover - Prepare project schedules, micro-planning, and resource allocation - Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and BOQ - **Site Management** - Monitor daily site progress and resolve technical issues - Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors - Ensure adherence to quality standards and approved materials - **Client & Stakeholder Coordination** - Act as single point of contact for clients and consultants - Conduct review meetings and share progress reports - Manage client expectations and close design/site queries - **Commercial & Billing Control** - Track project budget, cost control, and variations - Verify vendor bills, client RA bills, and quantity reconciliations - Identify cost-saving opportunities without affecting quality - **Procurement & Vendor Management** - Finalize technical specifications and material approvals - Coordinate with procurement for timely material delivery - Evaluate and manage subcontractor performance - **Quality, Safety & Compliance** - Implement QA/QC procedures and safety protocols at site - Ensure snag-free handover and documentation closure - Maintain project records, checklists, and method statements - **Timeline & Handover** - Drive projects to meet committed timelines - Lead snag closure, testing, commissioning, and final handover - Obtain client sign-offs and completion certificates • *Required Skills:** - Strong knowledge of corporate interiors, MEP coordination & finishing works - Expertise in project scheduling tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred) - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Triple A Design is a company aggressively hiring for the position of Junior & Senior Project Manager in Hyderabad.
