Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Destination Expert at Triprevel DMC, located in New Delhi. The Senior Destination Expert will handle itinerary planning, client consultations, destination research, and coordination with suppliers. The role involves designing personalized travel experiences, managing reservations, ensuring seamless execution of travel plans, and delivering excellent customer support during the travel process. Collaboration with internal teams and staying updated on travel trends and destination insights will be key to succeeding in this role. Qualifications • Extensive knowledge of destinations and expertise in itinerary planning and destination research • Proven experience in customer service, client consultations, and managing travel-related queries • Strong organizational and coordination skills for handling reservations and supplier interactions • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in using travel booking tools and software is preferred • Flexibility to adapt to client preferences and travel trends • Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous • Prior experience in Thailand DMC is must required to apply.
