Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising to boost brand awareness.
Content & SEO: Create, edit, and publish engaging content for websites and social media, while optimizing web pages for search engine ranking (on-page SEO).
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
Social Media Engagement: Manage company social media accounts, engage with followers, and monitor trends.
Website Maintenance: Improve website user experience, functionality, and, in some cases, content management via CMS tools like WordPress.
Collaboration: Work with design and sales teams to align marketing efforts and ensure consistent branding.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience (often 1–3 years) as a digital marketing executive or similar role.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn/Facebook Ads), and email marketing software.
Analytical Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM/CMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress).
