Job Title: Online PD Verification & Customer Support Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible professional to manage Online PD (Personal Discussion) Verification profiles and handle customer communications through official email IDs. The role requires strong verification skills, email handling expertise, and professional communication abilities. Key Responsibilities 1. Online PD Verification Management • Handle and manage Online PD verification profiles. • Conduct telephonic or virtual PD verification when required. • Ensure accuracy and completeness of submitted documents. • Maintain proper records and update internal systems regularly. • Flag discrepancies or suspicious information to the reporting manager. 2. Email Handling • Monitor and respond to customer grievances & general inquiries received via official email IDs. • Acknowledge complaints within defined TAT (Turnaround Time). • Coordinate with internal departments for resolution. • Maintain complaint logs and ensure timely closure. • Escalate critical issues as per company escalation matrix. • Ensure all communications follow company policies and tone guidelines. Required Skills & Competencies • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Good email drafting and professional correspondence skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy in verification processes. • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and email management tools. • Good time management and multitasking ability. • Problem-solving and customer handling skills.
