Position Title : UX Designer (2-4 Years Experience) Job Description: We are looking for a talented UX Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for creating user-friendly, visually appealing, and effective digital experiences by conducting User Research , creating Wireframes & Prototypes , and collaborating with developers to implement designs. Your expertise in Interaction Design (IxD) and design tools like Figma and Adobe XD will be key in delivering seamless user interfaces. Key Responsibilities: • User Research : Conduct surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. • Wireframing & Prototyping : Create wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD for testing and feedback. • Visual Design : Design intuitive user interfaces, applying design patterns and UI components for consistency and scalability. • Collaboration with Developers : Work closely with developers to ensure smooth design implementation and technical feasibility. • Interaction Design (IxD) : Design intuitive user flows and interactive elements to enhance usability. • Design System & UI Components : Contribute to maintaining and improving the design system for consistency across products. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 2-4 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio. • Proficiency in Figma , Adobe XD , and other prototyping tools. • Knowledge of Interaction Design (IxD) , UI components , and design patterns . • Strong understanding of User Research and Visual Design principles. • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers. Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic front-end development. • Experience with Agile methodologies.
