Validation Engineer

Validation Engineer – Packaging Machinery 📍 Location: Mumbai 🕒 Experience: 3–5 Years or more 🎓 Qualification: Diploma / BE Mechanical / Mechatronics We are a growing packaging machinery & industrial automation company looking for an experienced Validation Engineer with strong hands-on exposure in filling, capping, labeling, sealing, and conveyor-based packaging systems. The candidate will be responsible for machine trials, validation, FAT support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization before dispatch and during commissioning. 🔧 Key Responsibilities ✅ Conduct machine trials and performance validation for filling, capping, labeling and other packaging equipment ✅ Ensure machines meet URS requirements, speed, accuracy, and output targets ✅ Prepare and execute Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) checklists and reports ✅ Identify and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, or process-related issues ✅ Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, and Service teams ✅ Monitor machine stability during continuous running trials ✅ Support installation, commissioning, and performance tuning at customer sites (if required) ✅ Maintain proper validation documentation and performance records ✅ Suggest improvements for reliability, productivity, and cost optimization ⭐ Required Skills ✔ Hands-on experience in liquid filling machines, capping machines, labeling machines, sealing machines, conveyors, shrink tunnels etc. ✔ Strong understanding of pneumatics, sensors, motors, drives, gearboxes ✔ Ability to troubleshoot machine performance issues ✔ Good knowledge of trial procedures and FAT protocols ✔ Practical shopfloor exposure and problem-solving mindset ✔ Willingness to travel for trials or commissioning support 💰 Salary Range ₹4 LPA – ₹6 LPA (Based on experience & capability) 📩 How to Apply Interested candidates may share their resume at: 📧 info@trumarkindia.com 📱 WhatsApp: +917977232678 🔹 Candidates from packaging machinery / pharma machinery / food processing machinery / automation OEM background will be preferred. 🔹 Candidates familier with 3d deisgning in solid works , soldi edge and 2 d design in auto cad experince will be given preference
