Job Description – Senior Accountant (Service/Logistics Company) Position: Senior Accountant Experience Required: 4–5 years (Service/Logistics Industry preferred) Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience) Key Responsibilities: • Core Accounting: Ledger posting, reconciliation, trial balance, finalization of accounts • Taxation & Compliance: GST returns (GSTR), GST refunds, TDS, income tax compliance • Banking & Remittances: Preparation of bank documents, handling inward/outward remittances, LC documentation, fund flow management • Payroll & HR Support: Salary processing, PF/ESI compliance, employee reimbursement accounting • Logistics/Service Operations Support: • Verification of freight charges and logistics invoices • Cost allocation for transportation and service projects • Coordination with vendors, clients, and logistics partners for payment settlements • Documentation: Export/service contracts, invoices, debit/credit notes, statutory records • Reporting: Preparation of MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial analysis for management • Audit Support: Coordination with internal/external auditors, ensuring compliance with accounting standards Required Skills & Qualifications: • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/Accounting/Finance • Strong knowledge of GST, GSTR filing, refunds, and compliance • Experience in service/logistics company accounting and documentation • Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software • Analytical mindset with attention to detail • Good communication skills for coordination with banks, auditors, and logistics partners Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
