Consultant Interventional Cardiologist

Role Description This full-time, on-site position as a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist is based in Sirsi. The Consultant will perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in the cath lab, manage patients with complex cardiovascular conditions, and provide expert consultation for other medical professionals. The role also involves active participation in patient care planning, post-procedure follow-ups, and patient education to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and contribution to the hospital’s cardiology services are key expectations. Qualifications • Proficiency in Medicine and a strong understanding of Cardiology. • Hands-on expertise with Cath Lab equipment and associated procedural protocols. • Specialized skills in Interventional and Interventional Cardiology techniques. • Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary medical team. • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree with specialization in Cardiology or Interventional Cardiology. • Eligibility to practice as a Cardiologist in the specified location with appropriate certifications and licenses. • Strong communication and patient-centered care skills. • Previous experience in a hospital or clinical environment is highly advantageous.
