Head Designer – Projects (Curtains & Blinds) 📍 Pune | Full-time | Work from Office | Travel Required Tulio is a design-led brand specialising in made-to-measure curtains and blinds for some of the most premium homes. Our projects are driven by close collaboration with leading architects, interior designers, and HNI/UHNI clients. We are looking for a Head Designer – Projects who can take ownership of designing, presenting, and delivering window solutions across high-value residential projects. This is a client-facing, high-responsibility role requiring strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. What You Will Do • Work closely with architects, interior designers, and clients to understand project briefs • Develop and present curtain and blind solutions using: • Tulio’s existing design library • Custom-developed designs based on project requirements • Create detailed design presentations aligned with overall interior concepts • Advise on: • Fabric selection • Fall, drape, and finish • Functionality and usability • Bring strong understanding of: • Site conditions • Window typologies • Sunlight, access, and usage patterns Technical Responsibilities • Plan and guide: • Curtain systems • Blind systems • Motorisation requirements • * Provide inputs on: • Cove and pelmet design • Track, rod, and hardware selection • Ensure designs are: • Technically feasible • Installation-ready • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution Client & Project Ownership • Lead client presentations with clarity and conviction • Build strong relationships with: • Architects • Interior designers • End clients • Handle high-value, high-expectation projects with professionalism • Travel to sites and client locations as required What We Are Looking For • Background in Textile Design / Interior Design • Strong design sensibility with an eye for: • Detail • Material • Proportion • Solid technical understanding of: • Curtains and blinds • Hardware systems • Site execution constraints • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to operate in a: • Fast-paced • High-pressure, project-driven environment • High ownership mindset and attention to detail Important Please review our work before applying: 🌐 https://www.tulio.design 📸 https://www.instagram.com/tuliodesign How to Apply Send your resume and portfolio to: 📧 sidarrth@tulio.design Subject line: Head Designer – Projects (Tulio)
