Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Customer Service Representative located in Hyderabad. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, providing support via phone or email, identifying customer needs, and facilitating solutions to enhance the overall customer experience. The representative will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collaborate with team members to improve service delivery. This roles required to work on US timings Central Timezone(CST) Qualifications • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and managing efficient resolutions for US based clients • 3-5 years of experience as a US based Call Centre Representative • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills • Good to have proficiency in using CRM tools or related customer interaction platforms is an advantage • Previous experience in a call center or similar customer-facing role is beneficial
