AutoCAD Draftsman/woman

We are a real estate firm involved in land development, plotted layouts, and regulatory approvals. We are looking for motivated young professional who wants to actually learn how real estate projects are executed in India — from land feasibility to permissions to on-ground implementation. Key Responsibilities • Assist in preparation of layout plans and site planning (AutoCAD) in accordance with the M.P. Bhumi Vikas Niyam 2012 and TNCP rules. • Follow up for Town & Country Planning approvals; preparing plans as per ALPASS file format using Civil 3D Software. • Preparing and applying files as per the Nagar nigam DCR software rules (ABPAS2). • Coordinate with architects, surveyors, structural consultants, and government offices • Documentation for building permissions and statutory approvals • Site visits, measurement verification, and development tracking Who Should Apply • B.Arch / B.Plan / Civil Engineering graduate (0–2 years experience) • Freshers with strong interest in urban planning or real estate development are encouraged • Basic AutoCAD knowledge is necessary • Comfortable with field visits and government office coordination • Practical mindset and willingness to learn preferred over prior experience Location: Indore (Madhya Pradesh) Type: Full-time Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Education: • Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person
