Senior Machine Learning & LLM Systems Engineer

You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and scaling of foundational ML and large language model systems, translating research-grade ideas into production-ready systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing technical leadership on ML fundamentals, guiding algorithm design, optimization, generalization, statistical learning principles, and model evaluation best practices. - Establishing and evolving core infrastructure used across ML and AI systems. - Guiding implementation of robust, scalable training pipelines and workflows spanning pretraining, transfer learning, fine-tuning, and inference. You will also be responsible for architecting and leading the development of large language model frameworks and scalable systems, influencing decisions around model design, scaling laws, compute trade-offs, and training strategies. Additionally, you will lead fine-tuning methodologies for LLMs across diverse tasks and domains and design and implement agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration. Minimum Qualifications: - Professional experience and academic background in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. - Strong foundation in ML fundamentals and deep learning frameworks. - Practical experience with large language models. - Deep understanding of transformer architectures and model performance trade-offs. - Solid software engineering skills and excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Statistics, or related discipline. - Experience deploying large AI systems in production on cloud platforms. - Background in LLMOps, inference optimization, or distributed training at scale.
