As a Sales Administrator at TVH, your primary responsibilities include:
- Performing standard administrative tasks such as handling emails, entering data, and processing orders or requests in applicable systems.
- Maintaining accurate records and following established procedures to support smooth and efficient sales administration.
- Escalating any non-routine or unclear issues to more experienced colleagues or supervisors to ensure accuracy and continuity.

- Responding to basic customer and internal stakeholder queries by providing routine information and referring more complex issues to others.
- Serving as a point of contact on day-to-day questions, ensuring high-quality service in line with procedures.
- Referring more complex or atypical questions to appropriate colleagues, ensuring timely and correct handling in line with escalation procedures.
- Performing repetitive administrative duties with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Reviewing, registering, and adjusting data according to agreed procedures and rules to ensure accuracy and completeness of sales-related information in the systems following standard procedures.
- Organizing your daily work based on established priorities and instructions to ensure timely execution of tasks under supervision.
- Carrying out tasks in line with defined procedures and standards.
- Signaling bottlenecks or inefficiencies in routine activities and suggesting improvements to streamline processes.
- Providing input for standard reports by gathering and sharing relevant data from daily commercial administration tasks following established formats and reporting guidelines.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of the information to support internal monitoring and decision-making.
- Developing and maintaining basic knowledge of administrative tools, systems, and procedures by participating in formal and informal training and coaching.
