Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused professional to manage walk-in customers at our Area Office, handle service requests, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle walk-in customers and resolve queries/complaints
• Provide information on loan accounts, NOC, RC, refunds, etc.
• Ensure timely resolution and follow-ups for customer issues
• Update customer interactions in CRM
• Promote self-service channels and cross-sell / Insta Card eligibility
• Coordinate with Sales, Collections & internal teams
• Prepare MIS / reports and share customer feedback
Eligibility
• Graduate (BBA/B.Com/B.Sc) preferred
• 13 years experience in face-to-face customer handling / service role
• Good communication skills in English & local language
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM systems
