Security Analyst - Penetration Testing

About the Role We are looking for a motivated and skilled Security Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. This role is ideal for professionals with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing across web applications, mobile applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments. You will work directly on real client engagements, perform security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and help organizations strengthen their security posture. This role provides strong exposure to diverse environments and excellent career growth in offensive security. Key Responsibilities Perform penetration testing on web applications, mobile applications, network infrastructure, APIs, and cloud environments. Identify and validate vulnerabilities using manual testing techniques and industry-standard tools. Prepare clear, professional VAPT reports with risk ratings, business impact, proof of concept, and remediation recommendations. Interact with clients to gather testing scope, conduct kickoff calls, and explain findings and remediation guidance. Assist clients in understanding real-world attack scenarios and improving their security posture. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality security assessments on time. Continuously improve skills by learning new attack techniques, tools, and security trends. Eligibility Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or related field. 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing or vulnerability assessment. Experience testing web, mobile, infrastructure, APIs, or cloud environments. Technical Skills Understanding of OWASP Top 10, API security, and common attack techniques. Hands-on experience with tools such as: Burp Suite, Nmap, Nessus, Metasploit, Nikto, MobSF, or similar tools. Strong understanding of network protocols, authentication mechanisms, and cloud security concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to clearly communicate security findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good reporting and documentation skills.
